Owner Ndubueze Onyeka believes architects are in a unique position to lead the building process “As an architect, generally you create the design and someone else builds the project. I wanted a firm of architects who also build. It creates a great value to both the project and the client." This is the tradition of the Master Builder who controlled all aspects of the project from design through construction. It was only in the past 100 years that design was separated from the building process. This coordination of services simplifies the building process and promotes a team approach. It improves accountability, communication, cost efficiency, schedule control and results in a design that is responsive to these needs.At Intops, we continue to focus on the architecture driven construction process. Whether it's a professional medical facility, or a fine custom home, we can integrate architectural services and construction expertise to provide you with a well designed and quality constructed project. We also welcome the opportunity for collaboration with other architects in developing and constructing projects. This professional collaboration can range from providing general contracting services to partnering in a design/build approach.
With years of experience in managing large commercial building projects, we bring to you an experienced team partner. From guiding multi-million dollar fast tract commercial projects to fine custom homes, we work collaboratively with the many trade professionals who make a project work. As your team leader, we focus this diverse group for your unique project by coordinating engineering, interior design, architecture, regulatory agencies, suppliers and trade associates . This process allows us to create unique, beautiful, functional spaces for you -from start to finish.
